Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

We genuinely want you to ❤ your purchase & your happiness is important to us! :) If anything is wrong with your order, please let us know right away and we will fix it. We accept returns and/or exchanges within 15 days of when your package was delivered, with the following exceptions:
- Returns are NOT accepted on personalized, made to order styles.
- Items on sale cannot be returned.

Please contact us for a return & we will issue a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) & return instructions.
- Do NOT just send it back.
- Please pack the item carefully.
- Items must be in brand new, unworn condition & in their original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Returns will be processed in approximately 10 business days.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend that you insure the package for its full value & ship with a tracking #.
-We do not refund initial or return shipping costs.

If you used a volume-based discount code - due to the volume-based discount structure, returns may offset the total order value & qualifying discount % level. If after processing your return, your order value qualifies for a lower discount than originally granted, that discount amount will be pro-rated & offset against the return and amount to be refunded back to you.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately & we will try to cancel it. HOWEVER, we cannot make any guarantees & don’t recommend cancelling - once an order is placed it goes directly into our shipping program & we may easily miss the cancellation request. If that happens, you may return the item to us in accordance with our return policy & we will refund the item less the shipping cost. We cannot be responsible for missed cancellation requests.
